I recently whipped up a Sweet Potato Casserole that’s not only a breeze to make but will undoubtedly steal the spotlight at your holiday table. Stick around as I break down this culinary delight and share a few tips that’ll make your kitchen the heart of the celebration.

Ingredients

  • 3 to 3-¼ lb Sweet Potatoes (peeled and boiled until tender)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4-6 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • ½ tsp. ground Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Topping: 3 cups mini Marshmallows

    LOVED the recipe. It took just a little longer to bake than the recipe called for, for me, but I just kept watching it every 5 minutes or so. I think it needed just a pinch or two of salt to bring out a little more flavor. I can’t wait to share this for tomorrow’s Thanksgiving. I’m going to reheat it in the oven and then put the marshmallows on top. Thanks so much for a great recipe!
